We have a 6-month contract position for Sr Desktop Technician / PC Technician. The work is 100% on-site in Roseville. The position is 100% on-site as working with PC's, and all PCLM (Personal Computer Life Cycle Management) is required.

The candidate must be senior-level and have a solid background and expertise in desktop hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and handling hardware issues with compatibility for enterprise applications used by various departments such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Engineering etc.

The candidate will be responsible for deploying new and used Dell Machines with Windows OS. Will also be responsible for building new machines, installing new images, and adding applications such as web apps, regular apps, local apps, etc.

We be responsible for configuring the machine and ensure the proper access, creating OU's for users, setting up passwords, and then helping users transfer files over.

The position will also be responsible for additional IT hardware such as printers, monitors, telephony, VoIP, audio visual equipment, etc.

Required skills:

8+ years experience as a Desktop Technician. (Not helpdesk phone support)
