Description
Define and assess system and client security architecture, strategy, and practices to support business objectives and risk management strategies. Provide technical leadership to development teams or lead technical aspects of multi-team projects. Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements. Conduct research on information security standards. Conduct system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments. Monitor security environments to identify integration issues and security gaps. Evaluate current state and target state architecture to define solution-level security architecture for projects in compliance with Rockwell Automation and industry security standards. Stay up to date with new tools, techniques, and concepts in the information security field. Lead and conduct proof-of-concept activities with key business users in support of advanced use cases. Work with engineering teams to enable project implementation and apply the recommended security tools, technologies, and techniques. Conduct product security reviews and create action plans to address new and existing vulnerabilities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Designing, developing, implementing, and managing security controls for cloud-based systems and applications; Utilizing API Gateway tools including Kong, Apigee, and AWS API Gateway; API design, development, management, and experience in building highly available, high performance cloud applications; JavaScript frameworks including AngularJS, React, and Vue.js to develop web applications; Developing scalable applications utilizing Java frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and Structs; and Managing Linux serves and systems utilizing Linux command-line tools and utilities; and Managing Microsoft Windows servers and systems utilizing Windows command-line tools and utilities. Must have 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and utilizing container technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker. Telecommuting permitted up to 50%.
