Major Job Elements
Spreading, leveling, smoothing concrete.
Using various hand and power tools.
Inspecting finished concrete work.
Finishing concrete surfaces.
Communicates with the Production Manager regarding the job.
Regular and punctual attendance . Ability to work overtime if needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills - General Labour
Concrete tool operation.
Skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Controlling concrete chute and flow of concrete
Ability to read and perform basic math
Ability to work at various building heights
Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
Work Organization
Attention to Detail

Absolute Requirements - Skilled Labour
Spreading, leveling, smoothing concrete.
Ability to measure tolerance of concrete slab using 10ft straight edge
Ability to identify high/low areas across concrete slab
Ability to distinguish requirement to fill or grind based on slab readings
Experience using scarifier machine to cut down concrete slab height
Experience using hand grinders
Experience using self-levelling and other cementitious material
2-3 years in floor prepping/self levelling
Regular and punctual attendance .
Ability to work overtime if needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Ability to lift 50lbs.
