Job Description
- Integral part of the Senior Management Team, assisting the leadership team for long-term guidance.
- Efficiently manages and leads the Engineering Department.
- Ensures thorough training of personnel under direct and indirect supervision.
- Collaborates with Senior Management to develop long-term plans and contracts.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of company policies and recommends changes as needed.
- Stays informed on industry developments, trends, and innovations.
Job Related Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- Must be certified Professional Engineer (PE)
- Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and codes.
- Preferably, 3-7 years of supervisory experience
- High level of integrity and sound decision-making ability.
