Your Impact: We are looking for a Construction Inspector to join us and execute planned projects located in Nashville, TN. The employee will work alongside our local team of construction professions to perform the following tasks: + Provide field inspection and onsite representation for various wastewater improvement projects + Observe and document field and construction activities primarily related to construction improvements of sewer pipeline infrastructure. + Communicate between contractor, owner/client, third parties, and engineering design team + Review submittals, specifications and drawings. + Maintain accurate and concise daily reports and project records, including record drawings. + Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple deadlines. + Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office and personal environments. Here's What You'll Need: Here's What You'll Need: • 3-5 years of experience in field construction inspection. • OSHA 10 Hour certification (course available for new hire) Ideally, You'll Also Have: • Engineering Degree or 3+ years of field construction inspection experience • Direct experience with sewer installation / trenchless rehabilitation projects • NASSCO CIPP certified • Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, "Fundamentals of Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control for Construction Sites."
