Description

Adecco is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to assist in benefits enrollment. This candidate will have the opportunity to work a remote job with a nationwide healthcare company. Candidate for this position must have previous call center and benefits enrollment experience, as well as open availability 8am - Midnight EST. If you are interested, please apply today!
Job Duties:
  • Work from your home office providing customer service to 50 plus callers per day.
  • Assist in navigating benefits enrollment.
  • Answer any benefits related questions.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 year of call center experience.
  • Benefits Enrollment experience.
  • Quet home office
  • Passion for customer service
  • Internet speeds: 25 MB download, 3 MB upload speed
  • Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday 8am-Midnight EST (Scheduled 40 hours per week)
  • Rotating Saturday Coverage from 7am-4pm EST
  • Pay: $16.70/hr, Bilingual (Spanish) candidates receive an additional shift differention.
