Project Manager Architecture Firm (Commercial Focus)

Our client, a distinguished architecture firm specializing in large-scale commercial projects, seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee project activities, quality control, and successful project delivery. Essential Duties
To succeed in this role, the Project Manager will:
- Direct project activities, from design to contract document production, site visitation, and project closeout(link removed)>
- Oversee drawing production, coordinate workload with project teams, and manage consultant collaboration to meet DEP and NJDOT standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders for streamlined project communication.
- Review and edit architectural specifications and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes(link removed)>
- Conduct site assessments for storm water, soil erosion, and hydro systems, while ensuring quality assurance on large-scale commercial developments(link removed)>
Required Skills and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the project development process in commercial settings, including construction management, retail design, site planning, MEP criteria, and hydraulic engineering(link removed)>
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service to commercial clients.

- Understanding of hydro systems, storm water management, soil erosion processes, and their applications in commercial construction.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in project management within commercial retail, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects.
