We strive to minimize cycle times and provide best value through the utilization of dynamic and agile processes.This position is for a Mechanical Engineer to support the Program Trainers Section. Responsibilities include:This position will require interfacing with other mechanical engineers, designers, and structural / thermal analysts, as well as engineers from other disciplines, along with line and program management and Customers.- Executing as part of a small team during product development, drawing generation, drawing release, and drawing change incorporation to meet a set of requirements.- Creating documents per the Raytheon Missile Defense guidelines, and releasing them in the Product Data Management (PDM) system.- Utilize CREO CAD tool for modeling and documentation creation- Leading the effort to ensure procurement and build processes are executed to the program's schedule- Providing support to questions and issues as they arise during both procurement and build (both internally to Raytheon and with suppliers) and resolving issues with the documentation via Change Requests- Support or lead installation at customer sites (Domestic and International)U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
