IS2 Workforce Solutions is hiring Production Workers for our client that manufactures instrument panels as both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the automotive industry.

Job Description
Light to medium assembly of automotive interior products, primarily instrument panel
Work pace/repetitive movements includes part cycle times varying from 50 to 60 seconds per part at most workstations
Standing/walking for up to 8 hours
Lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling up to approximately 12 kg (26 pounds)
Use of hand tools such as a screw gun, heat gun, trimming knife
Use of a computer

Requirements
Good manual dexterity and an eye for detail
A commitment to accuracy and quality
A good attendance record
Availability to work three rotational shifts, including midnight, afternoon and day shift
A Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent; Basic Skills Testing is available and a passing mark would provide equivalency to a diploma

Safety - Personal Protective Equipment
Steel-toed safety shoes, CSA approved
Safety glasses with side shields
Hearing protection required on some jobs

Salary: $18.52-$19.23 per hour
