Our client is seeking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for supporting the capital management process from a finance perspective including business case and financial analysis preparation, tracking of capital asset acquisitions and dispositions, reviewing and preparing capital asset reporting and associated analysis, budgeting and forecasting and maintaining compliance with both internal and external policies and reporting requirements, in addition to other ad-hoc projects. This individual will be a self-starter with an eye for detail who can work independently and in collaboration with teams across the Company. The successful candidate will have exposure to senior management and will gain experience dealing with all levels of staff in other departments. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Perform financial analysis, interpret, and report financial data. Perform ad-hoc analysis, reports, and projects as required

Partner with key stakeholders to assist with business case and financial analysis preparation for capital projects

Assist with the compilation of presentations and business case reports for management supporting new business initiatives and strategies

Participate in the annual budgeting process for both the capital and operating budgets, as well as periodic forecast updates

Manage day to day accounting, monthly close and financial reporting process
