Troubleshoot, Test, and Repair on a wide variety of laser printers and image scanners.
- Test, diagnose, and repair laser printers and image scanners
- Earn manufacture product certification through training as assigned
- Complete necessary paperwork for equipment/parts being repaired/shipped
- Effective organizational skills
- Work in a team environment, and across departments
- One year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Strong electronic and mechanical ability
Education & Knowledge Required
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or experience in the field of computer printer/copier repair.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
