A Well known and leading Insurance Underwriting Association is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join the team in Downtown, NYC! PLease see job description below:

Manage and complete the assigned work which includes incoming phone calls, messages, and emails to full compliance.
Handle inquiries by phone, emails, and messages though multitasking
Have proficient knowledge of our methods, procedures, rules, and forms to provide excellent customer service efficiently (knowledge of the Plan of Operations and the Outline of Procedures and product knowledge)
Be able to resolve moderate to complex policy issues and/or know where to get assistance promptly and effectively
Under moderate to high supervision Adhere to all customer service handling standards, state statutes and requirements necessary. Provide accurate and timely information to the policyholder (Messages/Email response within 24 hours).
Ensure that all matters contain required documentation and notes (Grammar and typing skills). Be able to process simple endorsements with company rule application.
Greet and assist visitors while following office policies Assist junior level
