Position:

  • Customer Service Representative

Remote - 100% Remote

Overview:

  • Meet and exceed customer relationships
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work full time. (40 hours a week)
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems as well as Excel
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Predictable and reliable attendance
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Open availability between hours of operation is required
  • Quiet & Professional Workplace
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable internet connection (Must meet minimum of 15 download, 5 upload)
  • Basic Computer Knowledge/Skills
  • 6+ months Customer Service experience preferred

Training:

  • 5 weeks
  • Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM MST

Pay:

  • 12.50/hr English
  • 13.50/ Bilingual
  • $2.00/hr end of season bonus to all agents. Agents will be paid bonus in December at rate of $2.00/hr for all hours worked during their assignment. They must be employed in December to receive the bonus; If released for attendance or behavior will be disqualified.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time
  • 40 Hour Work Week Within Hours Of Operation (See hours of operation below)

Hours of Operation:

  • Sunday - Saturday, 7 AM - 5 PM MST

  • Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain customer service voicemail and return customer calls
  • Provide customers with superior customer service
  • Provide customer service for internal customers
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
  • Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account
  • Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service
  • Make out going customer service calls
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service
  • Resolve any customer service issues
  • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
  • Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
