FULLY REMOTE AFTER ON SITE TRAINING (6-8 weeks)

Pay: $13.50/hour

Schedule: 10am-7pm shift, Monday through Friday and flexible to work a day shift on Saturday

Always off on Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound customer service calls from customers/clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices.

  • Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department.

  • Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products.

  • Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email

  • Maintain proper documentation of customer files

Requirements:

  • Service oriented skills - no experience required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
