CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Great opportunity for a highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor or Department Manager in a telecom call center environment. This role will support call center operations across our family of wireless brands.
- Supervise a team of call center CSR's and CS Leaders.
- Direct day to day associate activities.
- Monitor and grow sales.
- Continually raise the customer service bar.
- Resolve escalated service issues.
- Improve call handling and metrics.
- Take great care of associates and customers.
- Train and hold associate's accountable to high standards.
- Maintain strict compliance standards.
- 2 or more years of supervisory experience in a call center setting.
- Previous experience in wireless services.
- Ability to successfully train and coach sales techniques.
- Solid technology skills; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail and deadline oriented with great sense of urgency.
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience.
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and work gracefully under pressure.
- Weekday, weekend, holiday availability between 8 AM and 11 PM.
- Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent command of English language (read/write/speak).
- Highly dependable with stable work history.
- Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility.
- Local candidates with an acceptable commute to Covington, GA.
