IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for Customer Experience Representatives to work in Edmonton s west end (September 12 start date) . Our client, an industrial supply powerhouse, provides opportunities for growth and advancement beginning with a comprehensive training program.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service using phone and email
Use excellent problem-solving skills in the resolution of customer requests
Track sales and orders and update customer profiles using ERP software
Combine sales and service skills with product knowledge to uncover customer needs
Take accountability and ownership of customer issues

Requirements
Clear communication in English (French speaking an asset)
1-3 years of customer service in a call center environment
Proficient in MS Office (including Outlook) and knowledge of ERP systems
Typing, data entry and multitasking skills
Attention to detail
Must be able to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Must be available to work shifts between 6am and 6pm

Working Conditions
Non-traditional hours (weekends, holidays, split-shifts, overtime may be required)
Shifts vary from 4 to 10 hours in duration
Complex call-center environment with multiple distractions
