Work Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday and then 8:00am-4:00pm on Friday

Location: Tuscaloosa, AL 35406 ONSITE

Pay Rate: Starting at $18 an hour

6 Month Contract (with the possibility of conversion to perm)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suites (Outlook, Word, and basic Excel)

Job Requirements:

This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Advisors and clients for the branch located in Tuscaloosa, AL. Job Duties will include:

  • Routine contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information.
  • Answers calls and questions from Financial Advisors (FA's) and Sales Assistants (SA's) related to account opening and maintenance.
  • Reviews standard issues, analyze and interprets data, and determines appropriate corrective action.
  • Contributes to department projects, documentation, general analysis, and testing as needed.
  • Reviews daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains detailed records/notes to ensure all client requests are logged and completed in a timely fashion.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
