Job Description
You will be part of a call center team that will handle potential inquiries and responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls. You will receive onsite training for the position.
Responsibilities

  • Professionally answering calls, addressing caller inquiries, performing research using available resources to provide information to callers
  • Routing calls to appropriate resources when complex issues arise
  • Complete necessary administrative work and complete call logs accurately
  • Expectations for accuracy, productivity, and adherence to proper procedures
  • Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Call center or customer service experience, with good computer skills
