Profile

A successful Civil Construction Assistant Project Manager

  • Excels in organization and communication, effectively coordinating project tasks and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Possess a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations, enabling them to monitor quality and safety standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, they proactively address challenges, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting help maintain clear records and facilitate smooth project operations, earning the trust of stakeholders and contributing to overall project success.
  • Proficiency using HCSS software as well as AutoCAD is preferred.
  • Experience working on highway and DOT projects is required.
