JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Responsible for overall management of all aspects of the water and wastewater contract at our facilities in North Carolina.
· Directly responsible for operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater systems as well as exercising oversight over sub-contractors
· Develops and implements policies and procedures, and activity reporting systems to ensure efficient and effective service levels as well as compliance with all contractual requirements
· Oversees capital and construction projects associated with water and wastewater systems
· Ensures effective communication, coordination and interaction with local personnel, applicable regulatory authorities and corporate management
· Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Civil or Electrical Engineering or related discipline, and 10 years experience in water systems operation including budgeting, planning, financial reporting and community relations OR 12 years demonstrated experience as described above.
· Must possess and maintain a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
· Successful candidates must pass background checks which include the National Agency Check (NAC).
